Staff were amazingly nice.

We where moved to a double room with comfortable bed and kitchens.

The rooms are well decorated and large, with clean bathrooms. The bed is big and the facilities are great. The hotel is in a magnificent and unbeatable location. The staff were excellent. Overall, a really great stay for my first international business trip.

The hotel has unique design, our room was very clean and well organized. It is worth to mention that breakfast was very delicious and full of eco products.

My children and I had a great time here, the location was fantastic, close to everything, and the staff were friendly and helpful, plus we were near Graz's city center and two grocery stores.

The extra bed was not prepaired although we had reserved it, and it turned out to be a very uncomfortable couch, which did not reflect the price we paid for the room.

location: the hotel was very close to the centre of the town, the restaurant downstairs and bus stop. enjoyed a walk in closet and a dining table in the room. the breakfast was tasty, with amazing food choice.

The room was absolutely cozy and comfortable, like a warm embrace after a long day of exploring Graz. It had everything I needed, from a spacious wardrobe to a flat-screen TV, making me feel right at home. The double bed was heavenly, ensuring a restful sleep.

Personally, I found the air conditioning to be a bit too chilly for my liking. But hey, I'm sure others might appreciate it, so it's just a matter of personal preference.

Accommodation and facilities of the room

The location is more for business purposes rather then for other reasons.

I stayed at Harry's Home Hotel in Graz and it was worth every penny. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient, especially if you're traveling by car, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

For breakfast, it would have been better if there were more options available.

The excellent attitude of the staff and the layout and facilities of the room. Proimity to transport routes and essential food shopping.

The shower head would not stay in position on the slide. I reported it but was told that the maintenance man only came twice a week to fix things. I used tape to effect a temporary repair for the next three days. I could not believe that such a good hotel would have such a policy.
